Anything but plain! Sprinkled with Murray River salt, a delicious, pink salt flake, this bread makes a perfect mini bruschetta with fresh vine ripened cherry tomatoes, peppery basil and a drizzle of the finest extra virgin olive oil.
  Red Wine & Olive
Delicious as part of a sumptuous antipasto platter with a selection of chargrilled vegetables, salamis, tapenade and soft bocconcini style cheese.

  Roast Pumpkin & Lemon Myrtle
Made with a hint of curry, this bread is devine with a spicy pumpkin dip. Alternatively, add to a plate with double smoked ham and a selection of tasty, matured cheeses.
  Sundried Tomato and Basil
Enjoy with cheese and pesto style dips or together with the Roast Pumpkin and Lemon Myrtle bites, a warm mini meatloaf and our new Tomato Chutney for an inviting winter platter.

Adding locally produced Wattleseed Balsamic Vinegar to caramelized onions and enough cracked pepper to give it a bit of bite, this bread works well with sharp cheeses and our new Wattleseed Balsamic Onion Marmalade.

Our Savoury Mix is the ideal way to try four of our most popular varieties – Red Wine & Olive, Roast Pumpkin & Lemon Myrtle, Sundried Tomato & Basil and Wattleseed Balsamic Onion & Cracked Pepper. Using our own homemade tomato chutney (a family recipe for many years) and a tasty vintage cheddar cheese, this bread is a wonderful addition to any cheese or grazing platter
