The range consists mainly of the different flavoured wood oven bread cut into bite size pieces and baked until crunchy.
Varieties presently include:
Murray River Salted
Anything but plain! Each piece is carefully brushed with locally produced extra virgin olive oil and then sprinkled with Murray River salt, a delicious, pink salt flake. This bread makes a great accompaniment for any flavour you may wish to highlight.
Australiana Mix
A unique mix of flavours. We have added Parmesan & Bush Herbs and Bush Tomato with Native Sprinkle to our already popular Murray River Salted, Vegemite and Pumpkin with Lemon Myrtle varieties.
Savoury Mix
Unable to choose which flavour to try? Our new savoury mix is an ideal way to try 4 of our most popular varieties - Potato, garlic and rosemary, Pumpkin and lemon myrtle, Red wine and olive, Sundried tomato and basil. The inviting mix of colours and flavours will make any platter stand out.
Potato
Roast potato, roast garlic, smoked paprika and fresh rosemary.
Pumpkin
Roast pumpkin, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, hint of curry and lemon myrtle.
Red Wine & Olive
Red wine (usually Banrock Station Shiraz) and olives. We use one bottle of red wine for each batch of bread that we make.
Sundried Tomato & Basil
Sundried tomato and fresh basil in tomato juice.
Vegemite
For the Aussie kid in all of us. Great for school snacks.
Dried Fruit & Nut Medley consisting of:
Plum & Pecan - dried plum puree, pecans and a hint of cinnamon.
Apricot & Almond - dried apricots and almonds in apricot nectar.
Pear & Pistachio - dried pears, pistachios and a hint of ginger in pear
juice.

Using locally grown and dried figs.
The fruit and nut medleys are a great mix of flavours for a cheese platter, together with our Fruit and Botrytis Semillon paste and soft, creamy cheeses.
