
Our aim was to develop a gourmet product that would complement the region’s wine industry, taking advantage of the wonderful variety of high quality, fresh fruit and vegetables grown in the Riverland to use in our breads and associated products.
- We choose to use fresh and local ingredients as much as we possibly can.
- We use unbleached baker’s flour, wholemeal and rye flour in our bread, choosing not to add any artificial preservatives, colours or flavours to the products.
Experimenting with new flavour combinations is something we really enjoy and networking with Food Riverland members and producers through the Riverland Farmers’ Market is an important source of inspiration for us.
Totally LOUD BITES have a best before date of six months using long life and tamper-proof packaging. The range is baked and packaged fresh, when the order is received, thus guaranteeing the longest possible shelf life. We presently retail our bread in 50gm long life bags and 100gm long life bag with outer packaging.
Catering quantities are available in the bite size pieces in one kilogram boxed minimums, but may be ordered as one variety, two varieties of 500gms each or as a mixed variety box. There are approximately 500 pieces per kilogram. We are also able to supply larger pieces in various sizes on request.
