Welcome to Backyard Bread, the home of Totally LOUD BITES, an innovative range of delicious, homemade gourmet breads.

Totally LOUD BITES are gently hand sliced into bite size pieces and slowly baked until crunchy, making them a superb accompaniment for dips, on cheese and antipasto platters or as a base for hors d'oeuves.

Also from Backyard Bread "Extra Nibbly Bits", healthy pesto style vegetable dips and a scrumptious fruit paste, with almonds and botrytis semillon wine.

Mmm! The taste and smell of fresh wood oven bread.

In early 2006 we built a traditional wood fired oven in our backyard at Cobdogla, in South Australia’s key food and wine centre, the Riverland.

We began experimenting with our new oven, using the best ingredients the Riverland had to offer as flavourings for our bread.
From these early endeavours and the enjoyment we had tasting the different gourmet breads, the concept of Totally Loud Bites was developed.
